We are pleased to announce the immediate availability of the NetworkTrail webserver. NetworkTrail allows the computation of deregulated subgraphs in gene regulatory networks. Internally it uses an implementation of the ILP formulation by Backes et al. which offers excellent performance in most use cases. The server is freely accessible for everyone under the url http://networktrail.bioinf.uni-sb.de and requires no registration.
